CMS Programming
Programming the client's content management system (CMS) involves a complicated mix of graphic design skills, data entry, database management, JavaScript programming within the VDP FusionPro InDesign/Acrobat plug-in for PDF-based tactics, HTML programming for emails and landing pages, and a custom programming language within the host CMS system itself — a process which involves balancing, compiling, and executing hundreds of variables and settings in order to execute a given campaign. The challenge of getting it all to work at all requires a team of dedicated experts committed to flawless execution. In honesty, it can be a whole lot of fun with a proper team mix of communication, integrity, skill, and talent.

The process begins by creating a database Excel/TXT file, then progresses to writing JavaScript rules within the FusionPro plug-in to direct the behavior of PDF-based files within the system.
Programming progresses once the PDF files are uploaded to the CMS back end and all of the database options are linked to functional content and their behavior directed through options within the CMS.
